Refunds/Damaged Goods: We take no responsibility for damaged goods in transit. We ensure any breakable items will be wrapped up securely and packaged well be being posted. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us promptly, with 24 hours if possible, after receiving your purchases and we will send a replacement item.
Product Availability: Product availability and pricing are displayed on our website and is subject to change without notice. If there is a product that you are interested and is indicated as out of stock, please contact us for availability. We make every effort that all our products are described accurately with a quality photo.
Return Policy: If you have changed your mind after receiving your purchase please contact us so we can arrange a refund on the return of the item (refund of postage charges does not apply). Unless faulty the customer will incur freight charges for the goods to be returned. Refunds can only be given if the original packaging is not removed or damaged. If the product is found to be faulty Little Tots Treasures will take full responsibility for freight charges and a full refund will be given once the item has been returned.

Payment & Shipping
Little Tots Treasures delivers Australia wide. To ensure reliable and safe delivery of your parcel they are dispatched through Australia Post. We can deliver to you, or if your purchase id a gift we can deliver to the recipients address.
Postage costs are a flat rate within Australia.

Your order costs will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process, before you confirm payment.
We aim to provide customer satisfaction, ensuring your purchase arrives safely. All order over $250 in value will be sent by receipted delivery. For smaller items receipted delivery is available on request.
Express deliveries can be arranged. Please contact us for a quote of applicable charges.
Local (Goondiwindi) orders
Please email or phone your order through if you would prefer to not pay a postage charge. Any local town orders can be collected or delivered free of charge. If you choose this option payment can be made by credit card, cheque or direct deposit.
